You’ll love these delicious High Protein Dessert Recipes. They’re lighter than many traditional desserts, and have lots of good filling protein. Eat them as a snack or an after-dinner treat. These will help satisfy your sweet tooth in a guilt-free way.

I’ve gathered up these treats to help you maintain your healthy eating goals. I’ve been reading a great nutrition book about blood sugar, The Blood Sugar Balancing Handbook, and one of the key points is balancing your carbs, protein, and fats. That made me think that maybe I could up my protein intake. To help make sure we all hit our protein goals, here are some great high protein dessert treats!
