Main Dish

These are main dish recipes you can feel proud to serve to company or to your family, and they will all get rave reviews!

Most of my recipes are vegetarian or pescetarian (have fish), so most of my main dish recipes will be as well. I do have some meat based recipes because my husband eats meat, and will occasionally share one of his recipes with the blog.

All of my main dish recipes are delicious and most are healthy and filling.

Some of my most popular recipes are Vegetarian Pot Pie, Roasted Salmon Risotto, Vegetarian Lasagna, and Garlic Parmesan Shrimp over Roasted Squash.

Baked Shrimp in Spicy Smoke Sauce. Besides being easy to make (just dunk the thawed shrimp in Spicy Smoke Sauce and bake), they are super flavorful. Smoke flavors from the liquid smoke and the earthy smoked paprika. A little kick of heat from the Sriracha and cayenne.
