These Chocolate Covered Strawberry No Bake Candy Cookies are a fun twist on the original No Bake Chocolate Candy Cookies. With the little red chunks of sweet tart strawberry sticking out of the chocolaty oats, these were definitely a winner. And so easy to make.
I love that these Candy Cookies use ingredients that I almost always have around my house, and that I can make up a batch in just a few short minutes.

Freeze dried strawberries
I buy the freeze-dried strawberries at my grocery store; they’re in the produce section there. I’ve also found them at Trader Joe’s and Sprout’s. You can also buy freeze-dried strawberries through Amazon.
How to shape these candies
I used a cookie dough scoop to scoop out the cookies onto the foil, then I flattened them a bit just using the scoop. That way they look a little more like little cookies, and are less mounded. Either way they will be delicious. You can also simply pour the mixture out onto the foil.
Try all my Candy Cookie flavors
I’ve had lots of fun experimenting with the flavors of these No Bake Candy Cookies. Here are my creations and twists from the original Chocolate Candy Cookie that my mom made when I was a kid, Vegan Coconut Candy Cookies, Peppermint Mocha Candy Cookies, and Pumpkin Spice Candy Bites.
