Peach Caramel Whipped Cream
Billowy fluffy whipped cream with peaches and homemade caramel mixed in. It’s an easy to make cloud-like experience, and it simply tastes divine over a delicious pecan pie.
Of course it’s perfect to set a big bowl full out on the holiday dessert table so that your guests can serve themselves.
It’s also great for any time of year.
Serve it over pound cake or ice cream for a special birthday treat.
Spoon some over grilled peaches in the summer for a lightly sweet end to the day.
Make a delicious parfait or trifle using the whipped confection.

Use frozen peaches for this treat
And the great part is that this fun topping uses frozen peaches so it can be made year-round. Just make sure that the peaches you get to use in this sauce are peeled already.
Want to learn how to freeze your own peaches, take a look at this tutorial on freezing peaches from Savoring the Good.

Variations on the recipe
Want a more intense peach caramel sauce that’s not billowy? Simply omit the final step of whipping the 1 cup additional cream and folding it into the peach caramel sauce. Oh my, it’s so tasty like this; it’s just not as billowy or fluffy.

Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is one of the best desserts to ever grace the thanksgiving and Christmas table. The rich and distinctive flavor of this Southern pie is perfect for the holidays.
Enjoy your pie warm with some of my Peach Caramel Whipped Cream for a special treat.

How to prepare your pecan pie
If you’re serving it later, place the pie in the freezer to maintain freshness and quality.
The day before you’re ready to eat, place the pie in the fridge to thaw it.
Once thawed, lightly brush the crust with melted butter and an optional sprinkle of brown sugar.
Place the pie in a preheated 300° F oven for 10-15 minutes.
Wait 10 minutes after removing the pie from the oven to slice and serve this beauty.
Serve with freshly whipped cream, caramel sauce, or (the best ever) my Peach Caramel Whipped Cream.

My favorite holiday pie is pumpkin pie. I usually buy it frozen and cook it on Thanksgiving. I have been trying to bake more at home so I think I will try to bake one fresh at home this year. I have never had a pecan pie.
