Roasted Chipotle & Garlic Spice Mix is so good and so full of flavor that you can use this seasoning mix in any dish to perk up the flavor! It’s great in casseroles, dips for appetizers, sauces, and cheese spreads. Use it to season crock pot dishes as well.

You saw me using this Chipotle Roasted Garlic Seasoning Mix in my Roasted Chipotle & Garlic Baked Dip. It’s so good and versatile that I wanted to share it on it’s own.

I made mine with this Chipotle Chile Seasoning (that’s my Amazon affiliate link). If you already have a Chipotle Spice or powder, feel free to use it. The one that I used isn’t too hot, so keep the spice level in mind for this dip.

The cheese will help cut some of the heat from the chipotles.

And, personally, I like a little tingly-ness in many of my dishes.

Homemade spices are the best- those beautiful oils released, just before the dish is made makes a lot of difference. Looking forward to trying this one out!

    How much sour cream?

Teri, do you mean how much sour cream for the dip? I just mix it in until it looks good and tastes good, about the same way I do ranch dip. But, I’d guess this recipe would work well for 1 container (16 oz) of sour cream.
