So many of those store-bought purchased sauces are flat and just sugary. This is a great way to up the flavor so you get the greatest yumminess! Serve my Asian Plum Chili Dipping Sauce with egg rolls, pot stickers, tofu, any Asian finger foods!

I love to add a spoonful of this to my fried rice too. It adds a bit of depth and flavor to the fried rice that you just don’t get with plain sauces.
I used this brand of sweet chili sauce (Amazon affiliate link), but feel free to use any brand you like.

Homemade Asian Plum Chili Dipping Sauce Recipe

Asian Plum Chili Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup dried plums
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender, and purée until smooth. If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, up to ¼ cup. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Serve with any Asian foods, like eggrolls, pot stickers, fried rice, whatever you like!
