Mother’s Day Desserts treat mom like she’s the sweetest, most spectacular people there is. Because, well, that’s who she is! These desserts will let mom know how truly special and loved she is.

Oatmeal Lemon Creme Bars are easy to make and with oatmeal cookie crust and topping, you can’t go wrong with this lemony dessert!
Lemon-Thyme Sorbet is a nice light dessert with the tart lemon flavor and a nice woody-ness from the lemon thyme. Perfect for a warm day!
Coconut Meringue Cake with Lemon Curd Filling is a beautiful masterpiece that mom will adore! Almost too pretty to eat, until you bite in!
My mom can’t have chocolate or coffee, so a traditional tiramisu is right out for her. So, I created this Lemon Tiramisu for her. Light and lemony, your mom will love it too!

Coconut Custard Pie is one of my mom’s favorite, and she loves it when I make this one for her! You mom will too!
Cherry Yogurt Cloud Pie with Granola Crust has always been a favorite recipe of mine. I love this no-bake pie. and, I feel that it’s a great healthy treat with yogurt and granola.
Is it a pie. Is it a tart? I’m not sure, but this Custard Tart is delicious, easy and super fun! As the tart bakes, it separates into layers: there’s a crust, a custard middle, and a cake layer at the top.
Cookies for mom
Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons are my favorite macaroon cookie recipe! Easy to make and always comes out great! And you don’t have to dip it in chocolate if you don’t want to.
Strawberry Oatmeal Crumble Bars dessert bars with an oatmeal cookie crust, a streusel topping, and a creamy strawberry filling!
Other great desserts for mom
Several of these would be welcome at the brunch table as well as the dessert table.
Grilled Peaches with Cointreau Caramel Sauce is such a delightful light summery dessert. If you haven’t tried grilling peaches yet, you simply must give it a go!
This is how my mom always made Strawberry Shortcake. A freshly baked biscuit, slathered with butter. Lots of fresh whipped cream. And some macerated strawberries. So perfect!
Another light and refreshing dessert, Sauvignon Blanc Sorbet! If your mom is a fan of wine, she’ll love this!

Coconut Peach Frost cocktail is light and fruity! Cheers to this drink on Mother’s Day!
The Watermelon Agua Fresca is a great drink that can be made as a mocktail or a cocktail. Mom will love that’s it’s pretty healthy too!
